The challenge
Office equipment leasing is a comparison purchase. REM needed to look like the established Brooklyn operator it is and be findable by businesses across the five boroughs and Nassau, not only by people searching “copier leasing NYC.”
The solution
We rebuilt the site in hand-coded static HTML with a night-skyline cinematic design, a scroll-driven installation story, a rotating machine, a four-question machine selector, a borough hover map and a multi-step quote form, plus equipment category pages.
SEO strategy
Location pages cover 61 Manhattan, 80 Brooklyn, 82 Queens, 66 Bronx, 67 Staten Island and 82 Nassau neighborhoods, and 40 industry pages target vertical searches, supported by 55 FAQs.
Design strategy
Navy-black with night-skyline photography and blue accents, and specifics up front for B2B buyers who compare vendors quickly.
