LUMA HAUS
A cinematic site for a permanent-lighting company, where visitors relight a house themselves before they ever call.

- cinematic website
- lighting configurator
- holiday & game-day previews
- local SEO
- Next.js static build
- conversion design
The challenge
Permanent lighting is a new category for most homeowners: they don’t know what it looks like day to day, or that one system covers holidays, game days and everyday architectural light. The site had to show that without fake reviews, invented warranties or promises the company hadn’t made.
The solution
We built a cinematic intro and an auto-playing hero, then a “Change the House” configurator that switches scenes, zones and brightness, plus holiday and game-day color previews. Residential, commercial and experience pages, a gallery, before/after comparisons and a city map all lead to one estimate form.
SEO strategy
Local pages target the Broward and Palm Beach municipalities the company serves, supported by service pages, 34 FAQs and a blog — all in a fast, static Next.js build.
Design strategy
Near-black with a warm-white glow and gold accents, an editorial serif headline (“Permanent lighting. Unlimited possibilities.”) and a reduce-motion toggle for accessibility.
